Andrii Loktiev
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
PhD in Geological Sciences. Has held engineering and research positions at PJSC “Ukrhazvydobuvannya”, JV “Poltava Gas and Oil Company”, served as Project Manager of Subsoil Use Reform at the Ministry of Environment, and as Head of “Geopower Ukraine” LLC and UkrSGRI. Holds degrees in “Petroleum Geology” and “Management”.

Director
An experienced specialist in geology. Leads a modern company that clearly identifies the key challenges faced by subsoil users and efficiently delivers solutions in the shortest possible time.
Halyna Naelapea
Deputy Director
Honored Subsoil Explorer. Has over 20 years of experience managing a state geological exploration enterprise (Scientific and Production Center UkrSGRI) and a team of more than 200 employees. At the Institute of Geology, she oversees effective collaboration with subsoil users. Awarded the V.I. Luchytsky and L.I. Lutugin medals, as well as certificates of merit from the State Geological Service and the Mayor of Kyiv.

Head of the Geological Research Department
Leads the Geological Research Department at the Institute of Geology. Passionate about transforming data and figures into clear reports and visual materials. Her projects combine scientific precision with visual clarity, helping subsoil users better understand field development. Values the balance between scientific accuracy and creative visualization.
Diana Martyniuk
Geologist
Holds a degree in “Geology, Prospecting, and Exploration of Mineral Deposits”. Works on deposit modeling in GIS and performs geological and economic evaluations. Combines academic knowledge with practical tasks, steadily expanding her professional experience. Believes that modern technologies and attention to detail open new opportunities for geology.

Student of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Combines her studies with work as a geological technician: works with geological materials, participates in the construction of cross-sections, preparation of tables, and office data processing. She is interested in applied geology and considers practical experience to be the best continuation of university theory.

Participates in the processing of geological materials, construction of geological cross-sections, and maintenance of technical documentation. Valentyna Syniuk
Leading Hydrogeologist
Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Has over 35 years of experience as a hydrogeologist in various geological and exploration institutions (“Geoservice” CDGP, “Ukrgeofizyka” State Enterprise, “UkrSGRI” SPC, etc.). At the Institute of Geology, she prepares reports on geological and economic evaluations of groundwater reserves, designs sanitary protection zones, and develops technological schemes.
Nina Buyan
Leading Hydrogeologist
Graduated from Taras Shevchenko State University of Kyiv with a degree in “Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology”. Has extensive experience in the study and evaluation of groundwater reserves and serves as an SCMR expert in groundwater and hydromineral resources. Values precision, consistency, and a scientific approach in all matters related to geology and water.
Nataliia Luzhanova
Leading Hydrogeologist
Graduated from Taras Shevchenko State University of Kyiv with a degree in Hydrogeology. Has over 30 years of experience in the research, assessment, and sustainable use of groundwater resources. Works on geological and economic evaluations of deposits, design of sanitary protection zones, and hydrogeological support for enterprises. Despite her extensive experience, she continues to refine approaches to studying water resources, combining scientific knowledge with practical solutions.

Graduated in 2025 from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in “Earth Sciences” specializing in Hydrogeology. At the Institute of Geology, advanced from a hydrogeological technician to conducting geological and economic evaluations of groundwater deposits. Appreciates opportunities to tackle unconventional challenges in his work.

In 2025, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. At the Institute of Geology, she holds the position of a hydrogeologist and takes part in processing hydrogeological materials as well as measuring the levels of aquifers. She believes that the most fascinating part of her work is uncovering the logic of hydrogeological processes, which, though invisible to the naked eye, are essential for our lives.

Graduated from Kyiv National Economic University in 2004 with a Master’s degree in Enterprise Economics. From 2004 to 2007 worked as an economist at PJSC “Pivnichukrheolohiya”. From 2007 to 2024 served as a Leading Economist in the Department of Geological and Economic Evaluation and Subsoil Use Issues at UkrSGRI. Expert of the State Commission of Mineral Resources of Ukraine.

Senior Subsoil Use Manager
Graduated with a Master’s degree in “Hydrogeology” from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2025. Assists subsoil users through all stages of obtaining permits for subsoil use, prepares reporting documentation, and contributes to geological and economic evaluations of groundwater deposits. Values her work for its meaningful role in promoting responsible natural resource management.
